The MULTISPOT M83 has a three phase power supply. The current load per phase is lower and with it the voltage drop. This means that full power is available even with weak mains supplies.
Welding with direct current means:

• Better exploitation of the power provided by the unit. The welding process is faster due to continuous welding current.
• All tools such as pliers with and without cable cooling system and electrode arms can be used with all MULTISPOT units.
• Another advantage: Operation and monitoring of all MULTISPOT units are identical.
